Classic Physique Weight Limit 2025. 2023 npc men’s classic physique update. Classic physique bodybuilding has specific height and weight caps for each category, ensuring that competitors have a balanced and proportionate physique.
Competitors are required to wear posing shorts (see image below). The new weight and height rules are in full affect for the 2018 season.
